Tips and Tricks – after filling out everyone’s Encouragement Boards, get the girls to read out one of their favourite encouragements. After each girl has read an encouragement, get everyone to give “snaps” to that girl, saying “snaps for (girl’s name)”, and everyone snaps their fingers in the air for that girl. Fun little tradition.
